Description of the product:
Sesame Tahini is made from ground hulled roasted sesame seeds. The seeds have approximately the following content: 50-60% vegetable fat, 19% protein, 14% soluble carbohydrates and about 8% fibers. Studies show that the sesame tahini contains more protein than the cheese, some meats and soybeans. Tahini is a balm for the gastrointestinal tract. 2-3 tablespoons taken in the morning before breakfast is an excellent tool for preventing ulcer and gastritis.
The natural sesame tahini is not only a delicacy, but also a complete food with its content of easily digestible vegetable fats, with a high content of essential amino acids, vitamins B1, E, PP and low cellulose content. Sesame is an excellent multimineral product with its content of calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, etc. It is rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated essential fatty acids that play an important role in achieving good health.
Due to its high content of calcium, the sesame tahini is recommended for strengthening the musculoskeletal system. It is especially suitable for consumption by children and adolescents – for strengthening the body, for pregnant and nursing women, as well as for elderly women – against osteoporosis.
It is consumed in natural form or mixed with equal parts of honey and different salad dressings and dishes.
