A natural products produced by a Bulgarian wild emmer, ground by stone mill, no additives and improvers.
The emmer, also known as Dinkel, is not fertilized and sprayed with chemicals, and it does not accept chemicals from the soil, as well as radiation and can not be genetically modified. It contains a high amount of nutrients – minerals and vitamins. In the wild wheat has nearly twice as much fat, protein, phosphorus, vitamins of groups B and A than in the other species. Dinkel contains a balanced amount of gluten and is suitable for cooking pastry.
