Description of the product
Unrefined oil has specific taste and flavour of sunflower seeds, which it is made from. It is obtained by cold pressing of specially selected, high quality peeled sunflower kernels and subsequent fine filtration without chemical treatment, thus ensuring the preservation of all valuable qualities of the oil.
Purpose
The unrefined sunflower oil is extremely rich in Vitamin E and Omega 6 essential fatty acids. It contains large amounts of essential fatty acids Omega 6 and Omega 3, which are an important part of the dietary intake and for prophylaxis and prevention of various diseases - cardiovascular, hypertension, arthritis, asthma, and autoimmune disorders.
Extremely rich of vitamin E /43 % of daily needs are in 14 g of the oil/, which is active antioxidant neutralizing free radicals. Vitamin E controls function of hypophysis and so affects on metabolism and function of sexual organs. As it is a fatty-soluble vitamin, it adjust adipose metabolism and it is important for muscle’s work. Consumption of food cooked with "Sharlan" reduces the problems of the gastrointestinal tract and aids digestion. It can be used for all kind of dishes, salads, dressings and sauces.
