Dinkel is a wholemeal flour of emmer with added 50 grams of nuts (peeled sunflower and pumpkin seeds).
Emmer known as Dinky is not fertilized or sprayed with chemicals and accepts no chemicals from the soil, as well as radiation and cannot be genetically modified.
It contains a high amount of nutrients - minerals and vitamins. In the wild wheat has almost two times more fat, protein, phosphorus, and vitamins of group B and A. Dinkel contains a balanced amount of gluten and is suitable for cooking pastry.
